EMPACT Program

EMPACT’s mission is to provide pathways to workforce training that meet the real-world needs of Chattanooga residents while also filling a need in our existing job market …

This program connects existing workers to available remote jobs, after providing both devices and skills training to complete a certification that opens doors of opportunity to a wide range of careers in tech (in-person and remotely).

How does it work?

We provide

  • training + a computer / device
  • weekly stipends
  • transportation assistance
  • childcare assistance
  • support from a class proctor provided by Chattanooga State
  • a cohort model which gives you a team to learn with!
