Floor Five Booking

Welcome to Floor Five. By applying for a reservation you acknowledge that you have read and are familiar with our Terms & Conditions. A copy will be included in your booking confirmation email.

Floor Five Cleaning Policy: Please leave our community-use space in the same condition that you found it. Failure to meet cleaning standards will result in a $150 cleaning fee. Two strikes result in loss of booking privileges.

• Return furniture to its original configuration (see floor diagrams in each space),

• wipe down tables, sweep floor (broom & vacuum are in the kitchen),

• if you use the kitchen, put dishes in dishwasher & clean sink and counters,

• tie up full trash bags + leave in kitchen,

• wipe off dry erase boards,

• and NO GLITTER.

Key Policy

The Edney is unlocked between 6:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Evening/Weekend Events: Require a keycard if your event starts after 6:30 p.m. or on weekends. You need to pick up a key by 4 p.m. on the day of your event or by 4 p.m. on the Thursday prior to your weekend event.

• Return keycards to the blue box in the Enterprise Center office before leaving the building.

• You will lose keycard privileges if you fail to return a keycard more than once.

• Loss of key will result in a $100 key replacement fee.

Respect everyone’s safety & only allow guests for your event to enter the building. You must have someone available to open the door to The Edney for your guests to enter the building. Do not prop open the door. 

Tech Policy

• The first time you use Floor Five technology you must set up a training session with our staff.

• The Enterprise Center is not responsible if your equipment is not compatible with ours.

• We recommend scheduling a meeting to test equipment at least 2 days prior to your event.

Alcohol Policy

• Indicate if you intend to serve alcohol.

• Alcohol can only be served by licensed bartenders covered by a liability insurance policy (yours or theirs).

• Violation of this rule can result in legal action.
