Jim Sattler
Jim Sattler is Chairman of the Board of EMJ Corporation, one of the top commercial General Contracting firms in the USA, and Signal Energy, LLC, a renewable energy source construction firm. EMJ specializes in the construction of malls, lifestyle centers and retail space, commercial office buildings, institutional buildings and distribution facilities. EMJ maintains offices in Boston, Chattanooga, Dallas, Memphis and Sacramento. Jim’s prior experience was as a Certified Public Accountant with a National Accounting firm.
He is a current board member of the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, Chattanooga Chamber Foundation, Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee, SunTrust Bank, The Enterprise Center, Front Porch Alliance, a Commissioner and Vice Chairman with the Chattanooga Housing Authority as well as a number of other various civic organizations such as Christian Network Team. He is a past chairman of the Chattanooga Chapter of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Athletes in Action a division of Campus Crusades for Christ and Junior Achievement of Chattanooga, a past board member of the University of Tennessee Development Council, WorldWide Water Foundation and We Care America. Jim has traveled to the Ukraine and Cambodia to speak on leadership topics. Jim has served on a number of fundraising committees including Boys and Girls Club of Chattanooga.
Jim is a member of City Church of Chattanooga. He is also active in a discipleship ministry called Tres Dias. Jim and his wife, Lynda, live in North Chattanooga and they have four children and six grandchildren.
